How to Ryde
Download App
Download the 'Ryde' app available in the app store
Scan and Unlock
Once the app is downloaded, find a nearby scooter and scan the QR code to unlock it.
Release the Kickstand
To release the kickstand, simply push the scooter forward. To set the kickstand, place foot on the kickstand and roll the scooter backwards
Start Riding
Push off and press 'Go' to start riding! Please wear a helmet and adhere to all traffic laws.
Pause Whenever
Pause the ride at anytime by simply pressing the Pause button in the Ryde app. Please make sure the kickstand is set.
Return The Scooter
To end your ride, please return the scooter to any of the designated Ryde locations and select 'Slide to end ride' in the Ryde app. Place foot on kickstand and roll scooter backwards in order to set kickstand.
